Captain Floor
- Experience: min. 2 years in F&B service
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and team conflicts
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, ability to lead, motivate and manage teams
GRO
- Experience: min. 1 year in F&B service
- Height: min. 160cm
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Friendly, good looking, good public speaking
Cashier
- Experience: min. 1 year in F&B
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling
- Accurate cash handling, truthful, and responsibility
Server
- Experience: min. 1 year in F&B service, hospitality or customer-facing role
- Proven customer service skills, ability to work collaboratively with F&B staff
- Familiarity with food, beverages, menus and preparation methods
House Keeping
- Experience: Min. 1 year in housekeeping or hospitality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals, understanding cleanliness and safety protocols
- Energetic, friendly, dan communicative
Bartender
- Experience: Min. 1 year in bar
- Familiarity with cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and mixers, ability to create signature cocktails and menus

Junior Bartender
- Experience: Min. 1 year in bar

Accounting & Finance

Admin HR
- Pengalaman: Minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang admin F&B, HR, atau bidang terkait
- Kemampuan: Mahir dalam Microsoft Office, Software HR
- Pengetahuan: Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan industri F&B
- Keahlian: Teliti, manajemen waktu, dan pemecahan masalah
IT Support
- Pengalaman: Minimal 1 tahun di bidang IT Support
- Kemampuan: Mahir dalam sistem operasi, dasar jaringan, troubleshooting hardware, instalasi dan konfigurasi software
- Keahlian: Mampu menganalisis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis
Maintenance/ Engineering
- Pengalaman: Minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang maintenance/engineering
- Kemampuan: Mahir dalam perpipaan dasar, listrik, pertukangan, peralatan mekanik, perawatan, troubleshooting dan perbaikan
- Keahlian: Mampu bekerja di ketinggian dan di ruang terbatas
Executive Chef
- Pengalaman: Min. 5 tahun sebagai Executive Chef
- Menguasai high end butchery, grill dan western cuisine
- Keterampilan: Merancang menu kreatif, menyusun menu, mengelola tim dapur, dan mengontrol food cost
- Kreatif, teliti, jujur, dan bisa bekerja di bawah tekana
Commis Kitchen
- Pengalaman: Min. 1 tahun
- Pengetahuan dasar tentang masakan dan mengolah bahan makanan dasar, keterampilan dalam mengelola bahan makanan
- Komunikasi efektif, kemampuan bekerja sama dengan tim, teliti dan jujur
Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Pengalaman: Min. 2-3 tahun
- Pengetahuan tentang teknik memasak, resep dan menu
- Kemampuan mengelola tim, bertanggung jawab, komunikasi efektif, interpersonal
